hi i can't seem to lower my boilers water level after putting a bit too much water in after adjusting the nobs on my flexible hose thingy any ideas on how to lower this?

Most boilers have a drain valve fitted. You may also have one on your heating system. If not try opening the vent/bleed valve on a radiator and let some water out into a bucket.
