elbow vs bend and its effect on flow in central heating

I understand that an elbow will restrict the flow, but out of interest by how much?.........5%, 10%? and how much better is a pulled bend?

It varies with pipe size, but if an elbow is half a meter of pipe equivalent a pulled bend is about a third of a meter.

In domesting heating, elbows aren't a problem.
