Electric Shower Water Pressure Low

I have a Gainsbrough electric shower that has been working fine since I fitted it about a year ago.

Now over the last few months the water pressure has got lower & lower until the point now where you cant use the shower because the water is just about coming out of the head (head is clean), I have had no drop in pressure anywhere else in the house and the pressure coming out of the pipe (with shower removed) seems fine.

Can anyone give me any advice on how to get the pressure back to a good level.

Could be a twist in the internal rubber tube within the flexible hose. Disconnect at the unit and see if flow is still poor.

Are you sure the head is clean? Have you removed it and checked inside for scale?
