Help my shower pdr is broken

triton opal electric shower I need to change the pdr but I cant see it. I open and I know how shoul look like but please someone help me?

I know the spare part number 83301330 and I will buy it but before that I want to take the old one off. I took the outlet pipe off but even though still I cant see it.

You should of said opal II ..!

last prd I got from Tritons website itself, ordered there, paid and they sent it to me.

I guess it popped because the head was blocked?

Not I had a guess and she couldnt reach and hose got twisted when I realised what happen I put it back in the right place but too late. and it is the first opal no II
