I will have a guess it's a power shower and not 10kW more likely 10W if that were the case no the inverter linked to will not work as it needs a 20W to 60W load. I would not use a lighting inverter to run a motor.

But please get the facts corrected as only a guess at what your asking.

Run 800 amps along a few inches of 15 mm copper pipe and you wouldn't need a shower unit to heat the water, the pipe would do it.
