Guys
i am fitting ELECTRIC UNDERFLOOR HEATING in 2 bathrooms,
rather than connecting to a fused spur am i ok to connect both bathrooms
directly from the fuseboard as i have a spare fuse (new crabtree splitload
consumer unit fitted in January),
if so what AMP size RCB is required,

What's an RCB? Do you mean RCD, or MCB (now known as a CB).
You'll need both for this job. So maybe an RCBO might be the best way forward?

Oh yes, this is notifiable work because: Its a new circuit AND its work in a bathroom.

You must notify your LABC before you start work, and pay them money.

Does it mention the need for DP switching?

Does it mention a maximum fuse size?

Ring the mfr tomorrow & ask them if what you propose is acceptable to them.

Guys
manufacturer recommends (ideally) a separate radial circuit coming off a 16amp RCD into a 13amp fused double pole switch,
