Enineered wood floor on concrete

I will be having an engineered wood floor laid on concrete(the concrete is old & sound), I have read that no under is required & that it is, looking for what I should be checking.
I will not be laying this myself, so if anyone is interested in the Norwich area pm me.
This job will not be done till May 2015 as I will be burying a central heating pipe.

Yes, providing the conditions are right, can just be glued down.
