Equipotential Bonding Connectors

Do the regs include specifications for the type of connectors used ? I have the standard clamps with 'do not remove' metal labels on them on my pipes, but the connection to the radiator is a self tapping screw into the fin at the rear, rather than the usual radiator clamp (ugly things).
