Hi again,

After your spot on advice re my F14 error code....

Boiler has now taken to switching off with a code of F4. Manual says boiler went off while lit. Reboot the boiler and it works well for a while, them same again. Could this be another gunk in the system issue or is this an issue for Glowworm?

Making me think about our new shower being an electric one, you've really got all your eggs in one basket with one of these combi jobs!

Cheers, Pete

Not gunk, it's a flame thing. Hard to isolate if you can't catch it doing it, and then one needs to know a little more about the sequence of events. Fun for an engineer to find, possibly.

Thanks Chris. Shouldn't be too hard, happens every time we have a shower now. Problem getting worse. Going to ring Glow Worm today as still under warranty.

Just noticed that the green light flashes when the hot water is on prior to the F4, is this normal?
