dont know the specifics of your infared
BUT
when a friend of mine changed from E7 storage to these super Fischer panels - the blurb talked about saving money, having heat when you wanted and a load of sales brochure pitch etc - her electric almost doubled !!!!!!!
I did not know until long after the event and the contract signed with a 7K deposit, so passed the cooling off period ......
Just have a look at some of the trust pilot reviews for the company and see if anyone else has changed and made a comment
i would suggest a lot more expensive - i dont know what the night rate cap is at the moment per KWH

Only an economic idea, if you are not in much, so the stored heat from E7 is simply wasted when you are not in. If you go to IR, you will need to have the E7 deleted.
