Fascia Board and Guttering

Hi I have a small 3 bed property ex-local. I am looking to upgrade to PVC fascia covering and renew the guttering where needed. I can see some staining on the fascia at some of the guttering joins.

Im in London and wanted to get an idea of the cost. the property is 6 mtrs wide.

Also how long would it take for a job like this?

If access is straightforward, a day but you will probably be quoted 2 days.

It will be more if scaffolding is specified, but some tradesman will still work from ladders, make sure you check this when getting quotes, which I suspect will range from about £1000 to 2/3k.

Just based on my experience as home owner.
