Fascias : paint or replace with plastic?

My suppliers got back to me today. It's working out at £880 including the vat for all the materials, gutter bits, corners, screws etc but they want £250 to deliver. Thats in white PVCu with Black round guttering and downpipes with a 15 year warranty on everything. Sorry for the delay
