Which radiator valves should I buy if I want to include an electric element with valve adaptor. I haven't ordered the parts yet but from the pictures I've seen it looks like the element goes straight up through the adaptor and the inlet pipe is therefore on the side. Problem I can see is that the outlet is vertical, so would I need one angled valve and a one straight lockshield? This doesn't sound right as the valves are sold in pairs (i.e. two angled or two straight)???

Incidently, the existing pipework comes up vertically from the floor, but this could be easily changed to come from the wall if required. However I would rather have the taps on the side rather than protruding out away from the wall into the room.

Thanks.
