fitting a shower

Hi all
going to fit a new shower when i change my bathroom around , it has been some time since i have done any plumbing
i notice many new push or easy type fittings around today, can these be used to fit a thermo shower , i will be doing away with my old shower and installing a new one on a different wall, i have seen easy fit tap connectors what shower fittings and pipes are there to help me ,
any help would be of great help

depends where your shower pipes run if in walls and tiled over don't use pushfit.
