fitting draught brushes in a window

Hello there i have a 1/2" shank router and i want to know two things.

Firstly what size straight cut bit do i need to be able to sink the brushes in as a permanent fixture of the window.

secondly where can i buy the brushes from,

Mighton will sell you the cutter, pile holder and pile.
I always run a small rare earth magnet over where I want to rout the groove as one small nail and the cutter is knackered.
 
thank you, i have been on their site but couldnt find the cutters they say the size channel i need to cut is 2mm for the brush seal but when i look for a cutter online for a 1/2" shank i cant find one anywhere. any advise

It's there, it's called a brush seal cutter and costs £35.00. It's like a slot cutter but it cuts a T shaped slot. Just give them a call, they're very friendly especially Sonia.
