I want to decorate my dining room, and decided on some floral paper, its cream with blue large flowers, how rubbish does it look with this sort of paper all around the room, or is it always better to just do one wall?

Impossible to say without being able to view both the room and the wallcovering, my advice at this stage would be to try and establish a feature wall with your choosen design.

Not an easy question to answer, yet as a general rule of thumb the other walls should match the background of your paper thus allowing the bolder colours to provide the feature.

When I said match I meant blend.

ive done :) did the chimney wall as the main wall, and wallpapered it and the alcoves and painted the rest of the room :D
