For Fiesta lights problem ,Help Please

Hi All
thanks for checking out my problem, I have a V reg ford fiesta ,1.1,
and 1 numberplate light ,1 nearside rear ,and 1nearside side light are not working I have checked , and have found that there is no voltage present at those points , I have checked all the fuses under the bonnet and they are ok, anyone got any ideas,

are you sure there isnt a 2nd fusebox inside the car?
its worth popping a tester on the fuses rather then looking at them visually but as the one side is affected i would think its maybe a dodgy fuse or connection in the fusebox

The info I have doesn't cover the 1.1L model for 1999/2000, however generally speaking it is pointing to a fuse box below the steering wheel to the right hand side, possibly fuse no 6 or 7 (7.5Amp)
