Did a job for an old dear relating to insulation to a kitchen extension which has no heating. Wondering if I could install some sort of forced air heater for her. There is no room in extension for a rad and floors are concrete, but there is boxing about 300 square running length of kitcen along ceiling.

Any solutions?

ps she has wet central heating, have not investigated boxing yet but my first thought was to run heating pipework into boxing from upstairs and fit some form of heating from that?

One of these

You can also get electric ones to save messing about with the existing central heating pipes.

They give a pretty decent output

Also known as a 'fan convector' or even 'air handling unit heater'.
