My son has had his Fiesta (1995) broken into a couple of times. On the second occassion they have bent the door frame back at the top (as before) this time breaking the glass.
The frame is too badly damaged to straighten and so we are looking at a replacement door.
His car has electric windows - the replacement door does not. First question -is it a simple job to swap them.
Second question if it is - is it a simple job to change the manual window system to an electric one or does it need things like a double threaded sprockety wrench thingymebob and other complicated tools in order to do it.
