Galaxy flex remote keyfob

Hi - I have a galaxy flex 20 with a TCC800m remote keyfob installed. The keyfob arms and disarms fine however when I press the two buttons to initiate a panic alarm it only triggers a silent PA. It will send a message (SMS) that a silent PA has been triggered but it won't trigger the external siren - anyone know how to change the setting so that it will trigger the siren as well?

I think it's in Parameters, then Hot Keys. Audible PA needs to be enabled in that menu option.

Thanks for your reply. I don't think that is one of the options for the flex panel. It was for the G2 I think.

All I can see is "RF Fob PA [51.60.2] " which is enabled or disabled.

And "Hot Keys [58.6] " which is also just enabled or disabled.
