Tamper light on. How do I get rid of this. When putting in given numbers it sets of the alarm. The tamper light came on when I had a new garage door fitted and the fitters disable the alarm. I have rewired it into a junction box.

Then your tamper wiring is 'open circuit' the tamper wire should form a continuous loop around all of the sensors. It's designed to detect if any of the wires have been cut or covers removed from sensors. You need to find out where the loop is broken.
