Hope that someone can help

I have a Gardtec 350+ alarm installed, the control panel appears to be in the set state (power LED showing) however none of the keys on the panel are responding, which means it can't be put into the day mode. There is no beep when any of the digits are pressed.
No other LEDs are showing and the alarm is not sounding, the panel appears to have become completely unresponsive.

Does anyone have an cure?

Could have faulty battery.
My require a power down to reboot.
Then mains of to control panel disconnect battery and then 're apply power mains first then connect battery,
How old is the battery ?
Suggest you do this during the day.

Thank you, I'm not sure as it is a system that came with the house, although I've been there about 3 years.
It worked fine up until today and then nothing.
Will try your suggestion and see how it goes.

Any idea how much this would cost if I used someone who knew what they were doing?

Most alarm companies will charge a call out charge,this will depend on your area.
