Right need help with a small question.

Halstead ace high installed, poor hot water, noticed burner pressure was very low (3mb), tried to adjust but not luck. Then tested inlet, found standing to be 24.6 but working fell to 5.1. Completed this test again this time connected to meter test nipple and found very similer results, 24.6 then fell to 6.1.

Meter and govener have both been changed but problem remains, i think it is a blockage etc on external supply pipework but scottish gas guys says its reduced internal pipework.

Any thoughts

My second thought was that you should read the forum rules and register for the combustion chamber of you are a qualified gas engineer.

In which case I would have thought you would know the answer to your own question.

How can it be reduced internal pipework if the working pressure at the meter is ~6mb? It's a supply issue, can't possibly be internal. Get them back out.
