I have had an issue on my boiler for a while now where I don't get a full flame either when starting up (rads cold or CH not up too temp) or running the DHW.

Boiler is a Glowworm 100e

The rads do eventually get warm and you can also get hot water if you throttle the flow back.

I've searched this forum and realise I can get the gas pressure checked but out of interest - If I had a problem with the gas pressure, can that effect my gas bill ? ie could It be costing me more as my boiler is producing less heat for the volume of gas supplied because of the low pressure.

Thanks for your help.

On your boiler it is more likely the pcb is faulty than a gas pressure problem

Thanks

Hypothetically though, any comment the cost question.
