Hi Guys

I Had extension done last year and decided to rent house out, however the landlord gas safety check failed due to gas supply in cavity! (See images)
The new external brickwork runs outside of garage wall, with new extend bedrooms above the garage. Any ideas?

I am guessing if the gas supplier is called it will cost a lot of money. Also is the opening to the supply not sufficently vented?

appreciate any comments thanks

any other suggestion? Thinking could i isolate just the pipe? Amending the brickwork?

Just move the pipe 200mm prob cost £500 plus

It is a safety issue. Get it right or call the people who messed it up initially.
