Hello,
been a few years since I had to ask for advice here, I noticed water dripping from my boiler today, called a Plumber out and hes identified the heat exchanger leaking, photo attached (not able to attach a video), he also noticed the pressure is dropping.

In the photo there is a black coloured plastic area where the pipe goes into, I imagine this part will need changing as well, even if its a precaution, what is this part called?
To change both parts, how many hours work should this be?
