Glow worm - no hot water flow, valve stuck?

Hi all,

I topped up my CH earlier but now I don't have any hot water flow in the taps. The cold feed valve to the boiler is stuck in the off position and won't budge! Pressure on CH has dropped again now too.

Any suggestions?
