gloworm 35ci noise problem

boiler is noisy when central heating comes on like a load kettle comming to the boil have flushed the system and used sentinel cleaner and inhibiter but still the same can here through all the house

plz help

How long has it been in?, how hard is the water?, was it chemically protected form the day it was put in?, is it as noisy on hot water?
