Good quality wifi Camera needed

Plenty of advice given, not the right answers you wanted?
Shame, funny how that happens.

You need to spend a bit more for wireless transmission that will........
1, Not be bled over
2, Not be watched by the spotty nerd next door.
3, Not interfere with your other wireless items.

What is the lighting like, will you need extra illumination?
Is power available locally to the camera?
As if you can run power then you can run as you say Cat5 with baluns.

I thought PIR's could provide extra lighting or buy into camera with night vision. Wireless seems like a poor option, so cables it will have to be. Power is available as building is a workshop. I believe many cameras have integral lighting, but I guess this is usually poor illumination?

Wireless done correctly works. No doubts.
Hard wired is always a better option with cameras as the possibility of " intrusive watching" is possible.
Inbuilt IR is a hazard with cheap items.
Ambient lux levels are always better than cheap options, a few lights will give a better picture. but can also assist the criminals so a well thought out design is always the way forward.

And the OP said in his first post 'good quality'.

Little to no chance of finding that on fleabay and at the stated budget.
But this as all been stated.
