Just moved house which has an oil boiler with a gravity side for DHW and a pumped rad side. Open vented.
.
This is the diagram.
The pump is pumping into the boiler and all rads have TMVs except the bathroom.
The reason to alter the system is that the gravity is very slow to heat the water.
Where is the best place to put the motorised valves or any other suggestions?

Many thanks.

It's not just simply adding a motorised valve. If you have room in the airing cupboard, try to pipe it up something resembling this. There are also other pipework alterations required (bypass maybe required)and don't forget the new wiring.View media item 32248

While converting to a pump system will help.
The main problem is probably your old hot water tank
with a big coil that takes ages to heat the water.
