guest house kitchen regulations

I have a small b&b and i am fitting a new kitchen,
what are the rules for seperate bowls,floor type,extraction etc,any help would be appreciated.i

Seperate bowls are a must, you can't have your guests eating their cornflakes from one big communal bowl, very unhygienic ;)

Seriously though you haven't really asked a proper question, much more info is required. I think your main concerns would be proper installation of gas and electrics, fireproofing the ceiling, and yes, extraction. Which is dependent on the size of the room.
You will probably have to comply with regs for a commercial premises, best thing to do is contact the council building department, they will give you all the info you need.
