Your local electrical wholesaler should be able to get that for you -
It will depend on the size of cable required - 4mm three core rarely in stock and works out about £4 metre. For size of 2.5mm three core some sheds sell them.

The properties of the cable quoted by the manufacturers seems excessive for there purpose - ceramic hob. Being able to withstand 180c I can understand but for what purpose is the -55c minimum temperature needed? Do you live in a igloo 
Depending on the power output of your hob, you have a couple of choices. Either go to an equivalent heat/cold resistant like this...

Or go down to B&Q and get something like this....
