Halogen GU10

I am having a problem whereby some HAlogen GU10 bulbs are blowing and blowing the light circuit fuse. I know there is a known problem with dimmer switches and these bulbs could they blow a fuse as well?

After further investigation it appears to be the cheap bulbs given with the fitting.
