Halstead Ace High DHW

Hi I have a halstead ace high boiler with CH working fine but have a problem with the DHW part, first thing in morning you can get hot water for a short time then goes cold if tryed during day the hot water is slightly warm but not hot, temp setting at full I have had diaphragm replaced temperature sensor fitted and the conculution of the plumber was that the PCB was at fault so I have fitted a replacement PCB and guess what it as not cured the problem does anybody have any suggestions before I call the plumber out again.

My boiler is not the same as yours, but suggest the heat exchanger want's renewing or cleaning.
