Help please i have halstead quattro boiler with no ignition, pump starts no voltage to fan, Main fuse and both fuses on pcb ok, No green or red lights coming on at all, ticking noise ignition pcb,overheat button on top solid and does not move (is this faulty) not sure if this should circuit should be open or close (its closed). Any advice welcome.

well thanks for the zero replies, i took chance and changed the Ignition PCB anyway and it worked a treat, anyone else with similar problem unplug one side of the overheat cut out device if red light comes on then good chance its ignition pcb, £100 is cheaper than some engineers charge just to come out.
Is that just some cheap sarcasm?
