Hanging Hook On Hollow Wooden Door

I have to put a couple of hooks on some wooden doors. The last doors we had turned out to be hollow with this sort of cardboard, criss-cross filling. I don't know if these are the same or solid but according to my untrained ear, they're hollow. Should I drill a pilot hole, just screw the screws straight in or use some kind of special rawl plug-like fitting?

they wont take much weight though.

the fixing will the door panel wont.

you want these much better, we have a couple of a smaller version
