Help finding filling loop on Baxi Megaflop 32 System Era

Hello,

After bleeding our radiators the boiler pressure has dropped too low. But I can't find any way to depressurise the boiler. The only plausible thing I could find is a black turn handle (as shown in the photo), but this seems to do nothing. Any ideas how to do it?

Have you got any more photos of the piping from the boiler and the boiler type?

probably at the HW cylinder post more pics, its not that valve leave that alone

Thanks all, we found it was upstairs behind a large pile of towels in the airing cupboard Managed to rep pressurise the boiler!
