I've got a perfectly working Baxi Bermuda 552 with the GF3 Super front. The front is ugly and taking up valuable space in my room.

Ideally I'd like to just remove the front and keep the boiler as it works fine - but I'm told they are symbiotic thus if the front goes, the boiler has to go. What can I do? I'm looking at £1500 to £2K minimum to replace with a suitable combi boiler when mine works fine. Do I have any options?

Also - if I do end up going for a combi, will this affect the performance of my 10.8Kw electric shower unit? Will a combi boiler affect the cold water pressure?

Cheers

combi will only affect elec shower pressure if someone is running a hot tap..just like now as if someone is running a normal tap.

and im sure u can get renewal fronts for BBUs still
