help! hot water only warm

hi my hot water is only warm most of the time sometimes dont get any hot water at all have to put the heating on to get hot water im using a baxi boiler cheers

Might be a Baxi, but which one? Or a least is it a combi or heat only with a HW cylinder

With heating off, turn on hot tap. If ch flow under boiler gets hot it is the diverter stuck mid-position.

Turn down taps - it could be a flow rate issue maybe??
