Help how to fit bar mixer plz

My pipework will be coming up from under the shower base and chased into a solid wallto a depth of 25mm (ish). My dilema is how to acheive the 90degrees to have the pipes coming out of the wall before tiling?
Also how much pipe should protrude from the level of the tiles?
