hi, can anybody tell me if a neff oven B1691N2GB 2.8kw can be connected via a normal 13amp plug socket?. cable from appliance to socket is an HO5VV-F if that helps.........thanks in advance.....

I wouldn't like to say no and i wouldn't like to say yes.
Take it that is max load, in which case you are looking at 12.7 Amps at a nominal 220V. Which i would call a bit too close for comfort.
Assuming perfect connection then you would get away with it, but introduction of any resistance including connection to plug pins, contact resistance etc etc and you are getting mighty close to the magical 13.
