Help with hob wiring

I want to replace my existing hob with a new one, already purchased. The new hob has five available connectors on the base,
the only instructions seem to be the sticker next to the connectors and 3 U shaped copper connectors that were loose in the box,
for connecting between two terminals I assume.

I only have the one appliance to connect – the sticker has confused me however. I assume I bridge terminals 4 & 5 and connect the neutral to 5?
Do I then connect the live to terminal 3 and bridge 3 to 2 and 2 to 1?

I assume your supply is single phase? If so it is the top diagram marked as 1 N
