Help with Outlander key remote

Hello all,


Mitsubishi Outlander (59 plate) key remote has carc'd it.
No LED on button press, and no lock / unlock / alarm / disarm.
Tried a few (working; I checked!) batteries, as well as making sure that the terminals were properly sprung up, and making good, clean contact; still no joy.


Any other obvious fixes / tests?




I have seen a few (what appear to be) electronic internals on Fleabay.


Any link to a trustworthy provider / supplier appreciated

Also, if I do have to get replacement guts for it, how to i go about getting it programmed / set up?

This is one that popped up on a search, ive not used them.
Bit of a tough one this as some remotes can be programmed via the car and others need suitable diagnostic equipment.
Worth dropping them an email though, i know there are some mobile locksmiths that offer this service too.
