Help with Whirlpool Washing Machine

Morning,

I have a whirlpool 6th Sense washing machine awo 3761/5 which is about 4 years old. And had worked perfectly for that time. After not being used for 4 days I went to put the washing on. I pressed the start button and walked away. I then noticed that the time was counting down, but nothing else was happening, the start button is lit, but the door lock isn't.

I have cleaned out the filter, and rinsed water though the system, so in though the top & out at the button, I think it's the eco system.

It seems as if the washing machine has forgotten what to do!

Any help/advice would be gratefully received.

I have now changed the door lock, but still no joy??? It counts down to 1 min then stays there!

Is there are reset button on these.
