Anyone who can help me I have stripped all the old wallpaper off that as been on when I moved in a few years after 3 coats of silk magnolia And I can still see these patterns in the picture is there anyway of getting rid of them

The wall needed a plaster finish, to smooth it.

Don't think its the pattern, its the old emulsion from under the paper that is showing through. As Prenticeboy says, really needs skimming to get the best results.

If you painted it with matt instead of silk you would probably hardly notice it. But as others said it needs a new plaster skim to sort properly.
