Hilstead Eden cbx 32 Boiler

I have a Hilstead Eden cbx 32 Boiler. Its 3 yrs old
i have no hot water, the pressure was down and now been topped up,
we reset the boiler and now its not firing up for hot water but is for
central heating... a fault code is not showing... any ideas what can be wrong please?
