Hive Thermostat wont turn on boiler

Greetings all.

I recently installed a hive thermostat, hub and receiver however, when changing the temperature the boiler just shows Status 0.

It's an Ideal instinct boiler, the hot water works absolutely fine. The receiver shows that it's communicating with the hub and thermostat but just won't seem to communicate with the boiler

I have attached photos with wiring and front of the boiler.

Assuming you have a single channel Hive; move the black wire from terminal 2 into terminal 1.

Wired wrong. You need the common from the boiler going to the common terminal nothing should be in heating off.
