Hi

My central heating timer ST799 has the "hot water" red light lit constantly,
and will run the boiler likewise.

"Heating & hot water" still does control.

Disconnecting the hot water tank termostat has no effect.

The clock setting is still working.

Grateful for any troubleshooting ideas.

Many thanks

Thanks for the reply

No, it's been going for years then suddendly started staying on for an hour morning and evening, now it's all the time.
I have to turn to power off to stop boiler running.

Removed timer unit and had a "look" all seems okay

Don't want to splash out on an expensive unit and it was someting simple.

Thanks
