Honeywell CMT921 24 hour wireless Programmable Thermostat

HI advice please .

I have a combi boiler that is on TRV's with a timer . I was looking at the above with a mind to use the existing wiring for the RF receiver and put the remote part in the Lounge . there is a wall between will this work OK ?

unless the wall is made of 18" thick solid steel, it will work no problem at all

how difficult are they to wire up ??

not very hard at all, iirc 4 wires to receiver and programmer is very easy to understand

i could add that the salus rt500rf is cheaper,easier to understand and i have just realised my post count is into 4 figures

I like the look of the Siemens , is this as easy to connect up ? it's replacing a Lifestyle LP1011 timer .

Siemens and honeywell are equally easy to install and program.
