Hoover Dishwasher hed6612

My dishwasher started playing up a few nights ago so as a MAN i took it apart to see if i could see what the problem was!

I have all 4 lights come up which means ERROR
I saw a pipe had come away so re attached it.

But it still comes up with the error lights again.
Can anyone help me with this? the dishes are starting to pile up!!!!!!
